A true Colorado native with a lifelong love of green chili and anything with a kick, Mary brings warmth, brilliance, and a rare intuitive touch to every facet of Partner DMC’s operations. Raised in Highlands Ranch, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services with an emphasis in non-profit management—perfectly aligning her with a career centered on people, service, and connection. Mary has raised more than ten puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, volunteered extensively with the Denver Dumb Friends League, and traveled widely. She thrives in unfamiliar environments, adapts quickly, and has a compassion-first mindset that consistently puts clients at ease.

Behind the scenes, Mary is deeply embedded in the day-to-day operations, office management, logistics planning, supplier coordination, and financial structure that allow Partner DMC Rocky Mountain to deliver a consistently white-glove client experience. Her organizational mastery and creative eye ensure that every welcome event, meeting, and incentive program exceeds expectations from the very first detail.

Scotty O’Brien – Co-Founder, Executive Creative Director & Master Connector

Scotty’s career in events, entertainment, and destination management spans over three decades and more than half the globe. With a microphone in his hand by age 6 and spinning professionally by age 13, he launched from early entertainment roots into a world of global meeting planning, team building, creative event design, and high-end production. He has lived in and produced events throughout Seattle, Sarasota, The East Coast Sea-Board, The South, The Netherlands, England, Germany, St. Louis, and Denver, integrating each culture’s unique approach to hospitality, communication, and guest engagement into his own signature style.

This global immersion shaped Scotty into a master of bringing together people across languages, cultures, backgrounds, viewpoints, financial statuses, careers, and lifestyles—creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, inspired, and connected.

With experience ranging from cruise-ship directing and international productions to Rocky Mountain incentive programs and massive outdoor events for 10,000+ attendees, Scotty is a logistical strategist, a creative architect, and one of the most connected event professionals in the region.
